I found my coaching experience extremely beneficial. It was both a confidence building exercise and a solid learning experience which allowed me an opportunity to take a step back from the day to day demands of a busy role and ask myself some key questions around my career goals and aspirations. Joe was very adept at ensuring I focussed on the key areas I needed to by asking intuitive thought provoking questions, encouraging me yet at the same time challenging my thinking. I would strongly recommend taking this valuable time out from a personal and professional perspective.

I feel the sessions really helped me in many ways; work isn’t as daunting or as stressful. A lot of my colleagues noticed that I had changed for the best and that I am much more in control of difficult situations and less stressed out, so for that I thank you.

One to one Coaching was very effective and helped our organisation to fast track both the analysis and change of behaviours needed in the organisation. With external coaching, there is a much higher level of trust, and the root cause of issues are identified and changed far more effectively. People are more open when being coached.

It helped me to very quickly analyse my own mode of operation and was effective in helping me to identify what I need to stop and start doing in my role Coaching personalises your Development Plan and is far more effective than normal class room training Coaching stretches and forces you as an individual to improve on your modus operand, The awkward question are asked and answered in a safe environment.

Overall, as HR manager I found Coaching to be a much faster and more effective way of ensuring a management team is operating to its optimum.

I decided to seek coaching at a time when I was unclear where my career was going and I felt unhappy in my present role. Having the facility to share my thoughts openly in an environment away from work and family allowed me to get greater clarity and confidence and ultimately be satisfied that I was making the right decisions with regard to my career. The meetings were friendly and open and helped me put actions around my thoughts. I would recommend this to anyone struggling to make that big decision or unsure of their path.

The sessions we had pushed me to maximize my own personal abilities and gave me the strength to view difficulties outside the box. It made me view the problem from different perspectives. The final session we had certainly gave me a boost to move on with a very stressful situation which worked well for me in the end.
